About Our Miami Location:
Our Miami property is just steps from Miami Beach and South Beach nightlife. It features an outdoor terrace, two craft cocktail bars, a seasonal restaurant, and a vibrant events calendar, making it a top destination for guests and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the beverage areas, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain stock levels and equipment, ensuring readiness before and during service.
- Strive for 100% customer satisfaction and promptly resolve service issues.
- Train staff on drink preparation, upselling techniques, and product knowledge.
- Build and motivate a high-performing team, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Organizational skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and drive revenue.
- Experience with stock control and cost management.
- Flexibility and a willingness to get hands-on when needed.
